I am a post-doctoral fellow on Computerized Medical Imaging and Visualization with

I am currently working on a joint project with the UCSF Vascular Imaging Research Center for the Blood-Flow simulation. I am also interested in detection of pathologies like Colon Polyps.

I am always open to new projects and would be happy to reply to any request.

Before 2002 I was a Ph.D student in the Medical Imaging Systems Group of Philips Research France, with Laurent D. Cohen at Ceremade Lab. My research was on Path and Shape extractions using front propagation techniques with applications to the extraction of tubular shapes in medical images and to Virtual Endoscopy.
